A new front bumper was included in the repairs with either a new left front turn signal assembly or my original one installed into the new bumper. The left front turn signal assembly has fallen out of place three times. I now have it duct-taped in place but have not had a spare moment to bring the truck back in to have it attended to.

My only complaint is that there was a slight amount of painting overspray that was on the passenger side front and rear windows along the top edge. This isn't visible when the windows are closed though.
