the outside was beautiful but the inside nothing was put together correctly

the guy that met me when I came to pick my car up was a total idiot trying to make me believe that parts in the inside of my car we supposed to be unsnapped and cleaned my lights to try and make me feel better. took my car to the back twice and never fixed what I asked him until I told him I'm a mechanic
