I was expecting a new roof rack and when I went to pick up the car, it had a used roof rack that was in way worse condition than the one they pulled off my rack had been stored in the garage the whole life of the car except driving this rack have never seen a garage that’s faded, discolored and horrible.

They were very nice when you talk to them face-to-face. The problem I had was nobody ever called me and explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. I was told it would take four days to get the repaired done and the car was there for three weeks. The only time I talked to somebody is when I called them.

I've been going to Paint Spot for over 30 years. Never have I been disappointed with the work, the service or the respect given for their customers. I find them honest and very reliable on time, costs and fallow through. I would and have recommended them several time through out the years and they've been just as pleased.

They did a great job, and even replaced our tire that was damaged by us driving into their parking lot. It was so nice to just pick up the car without worrying about getting a new tire. Great customer service.
