The ultimate body shop did a excellent job on my car. The color was spot on. The body work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff was so friendly and keep me up on the repairs. Great team of poeple to work with. Thanks again, I hope I won't need them again but if I do I recommend the older body man in the back. Thanks again guys.

Very poor communication from the shop. Inaccurate time estimates and no communication about repeated delays. The App that was supposed to keep us updated was totally wrong, and the shop personnel were not even aware of it.
