Rating based on final work, but would voice serious concerns regarding quality, seems that the minimum bar is meet, and get good service when concerns are raised. Seems to be a gap between workman ship and outing going quality. There is a gap and needs to have a quality control person independent of the service and body shop repair departments to qualify the std of repair/service

Initial repair for broken window was no where close to expectations: Glass was wrong tint and clearly didn’t match the other windows. Glass shards was still over the interior. Communications was not good with the delta at TR as the repair and service dept seemed to drop contacting me after the repair and recall service (rear camera recall) was completed. After this initial repair the 2nd repair was better with the interior cleaned well and glass matched other windows (which was the reason in the first place to go to ford) There is a small dent in the door that was not repair but considering the repair was ~4 weeks I could wait any longer and had to accept the vehicle.

Communications improved after expressing concerns. Service dept. did not return calls, however the body repair did very well with returning calls.
