Ford kept us abreast of all of the updates that were going on with our car so we were never in the dark. Their customer service was great on every level. My insurance didn’t give me Ford dealership, but I refuse to go anywhere, but Ford since I have Ford. I’m glad I did. My car looks fantastic.

The body work is first rate, but you didn't replace the door seal with a new one, or you did replace it and damaged it, it has a hole on the bottom. Also the door lock plunger sticks up 2-3 times out of the door than it should, looks to me like it's from another Ford truck product and not an F150

Disappointing that even when scheduling, shop can’t complete a 3 hour job in one day. I had to take off time from work multiple days, two consecutive days. Also, extremely frustrated with ford that even though I specifically added rental car coverage for service they won’t let me use it. I purchased extended warranty and prepaid service with rental car coverage, which I have not been able to use! I have had plenty of issues with this vehicle whether it’s ford recalls or check engine lights.
