The car was dirty inside and outside, the person that give me the keys said: “I’m sorry the car is so dirty, you are welcome to come back and we will wash it for you “ my question will be: why do I have to go back for you to clean my car? Should when you deliver a car after service be clean? They did not even used the paper maths for the front, I can see the shoe prints from the people driving my car. They also did not confirm the delivery date with the insurance and the holiday delayed the delivery by 6 days. Very unhappy with the overall service, just hope the repair was done properly

The truck was not 100% when we got it back it was with you guys for 5 weeks very disappointed in the turn around time. Also being told that the mechanics there are not used to working on older vehicles like ours made us very uneasy. A good mechanic should be comfortable working on any vehicle of any age. Probably not a good thing to be telling a customer. George was very helpful and kind. But the overall experience with you was not great

George in the collision center is the best!!! Super friendly and helpful. He found a way to repair a dent near the roof of my camper van without having to impact the camper part of the build- and the end result looks fantastic! Also shout out to Ned in service. I’ve called a few times with random questions and he is always so friendly and helpful. Seriously, such a refreshing experience using a family owned dealership vs the others. I will definitely be back.

Everyone in the body shop is wonderful. George, Marco, and Marcella were all so great!!! George constantly kept me updated, Marcella answered all my questions whenever I called, and Marco worked on my car to fix it perfectly.
