George worked a miracle on my side fender looks better than new and the fresh coat of paint gives it a beautiful look, not to mention the wash that oscar gave it after i felt like i was going of the lot in a new car.

Marcela and George took really good care of me and my vehicle. My Nissan Altima had a huge ugly dent in the back due to a hit and run. I took it to Theodore ford and Marcela and George made my car look brand new when it was done, like if nothing ever happen to it! Thank you Marcela and George you guys are AWESOME! Oh and Michael the shuttle driver was very nice, fast and professional when taking me home and picking me up!

I had tried to have the vehicle fixed at three other agencies and got the run around . It was such a relief and greatly appreciated to walk in a shop and have them get right to fixing the vehicle with parts on hand. And the office was super personable and helpful. The body shop staff was very helpful, but the process and procedures your dealership have are absolutely terrible. Please tell me how an expected repair time of 3 days is only allowed to get a rental car for 1 day? Do you expect to have a customer without transportation during the time that your teams work on the vehicle? The hassle to get a rental through this time period was ridiculous and i am very hesitant about purchasing any vehicle from you in the future. The staff was great but your protocol is terrible and it causes friction between the customer and your staff, do the right thing and make your customer who bought a brand new truck, not be on the line…

I’ve had my truck that I bought brand new on 2/21/2021 in the shop on multiple reasons for extended periods of time, not sure why it can’t be fixed correctly on one visit? I’m addition, my conversations with management seem to have gone nowhere. Lastly, my truck has never been washed and cleaned upon repairs? Just overall poor customer service on every level…

Everyone from the Parts Dept. to the Collision Center were extremely polite and helpful and very efficient especially Marcela. They made the experience pleasant and that never happens when you have something done to your car. I know my issue was a minor one, but still, I appreciated everyone's team effort.
