I was very satisfied with the service. I was very impressed with the final results, I wasn’t expecting it to turn out so great.The staff was very friendly, including the mechanics. Some of the things discussed were not followed up on with regards to some damage on my front bumper. Also, I was in a rental a week without any phone call to let me know Wheels had not approved my claim. I thought my car was being worked on the whole time and wasted a week of car rental.

There is a dent in the door that was there when I bought it. The service writer said it was that way due to the aluminum doors. I don’t believe it.
