They do a good job. One of the panels on my car started to show some rust while there probably from sitting with salt on it, which is unfortunate but oh well.

It's too early to tell how the mechanical repair(s) will hold up, and I cannot see under the vehicle, but... the repairs/body work on the front that I can see looks fine. The one thing I didn’t appreciate was the way the hatchback/cargo area was left after the search went on for the wheel lug unlock tool. When I opened the hatchback, the floor panels were not replaced properly and were just lying there. A tool pouch was left open and laying in a storage area on the right side. This is NOT the way I brought it in, as the only thing I have in the tire storage area was a blanket. Other than that, I have never touched the floor panel (the vehicle has less than 17,000 miles on it and I have had no need to get under the panels for the spare or anything else that might be there, etc., etc.). I don’t mind your repair person/persons went looking for the wheel lock tool, but I certainly think things should be put back the way they are found. My vehicle is maintained mechanically and kept clean inside and outside. So maybe you need to instruct your people to put things back the way they are found when searching a vehicle that is in your care for repair. Thank you and feel free to contact me (717-432-2888) if you have any questions regarding this survey and my comments. M. “Gunner” Gross

Customer Service

Owen and the lady at the counter were good folks and answered any questions I had during the process. We didn't speak much as I called weekly to get updates on the progress, and without a crystal ball they answered as best they could.
