I picked the car up yesterday and drove directly home...approximately 1 1/2 miles. I drove it this afternoon and realized the heating system needs to be readjusted since I cannot turn the heat completely off. I plan to call the body shop tomorrow morning.

The final product - my finished car- is great, looks great, and functions as an almost new vehicle. I'm very happy my insurer agreed to cover the substantial repairs costs, as I didn't want to shop for a replacement. Early estimated completion dates were pushed off a couple times that disappointed; this is the only reason I scored you an 9 instead of 10. I suspect you had little control over these delays. In the unfortunate event I need your services again, I won't hesitate to contact you. Thanks very much!

As ususal Brown's did a great job on my BMW repair. Finished in 2.5 weeks and kept me informed the whole time as the status of the repair progress. Appreciative to know this and that my car was actively being worked on. I'd highly recommend.
