The body shop work appears to be done well. I'm no expert on what to look for under the hood so I hope that they identified everything correctly.

Overall experience was good. I had to ask twice for a service that was part of the initial communication.

The office representative, Becky was polite and friendly. The gentleman in the front office was not friendly or engaging. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling in my interactions. There was always an overriding concern of payment and the rental car instead of my convenience.
