SUPER experience - from estimate to completion! Not only submitted estimate to my insurance company, sent me one as well! (B4 work was done!) Kept in contact with me during process... no need for me to guess or make phone calls. Work done on time - as forecast. Returned clean. All staff courteous. Excellent car rental recommendation, too (Felipe at Hertz.) Had heard good things, however you exceeded my expectations!

Unfortunately, I've had to use Thomas E. Brown auto body for two separate events and I have to say their work is exemplary! They communicate, are there to answer questions if needed, will handle all the paperwork! If you need autobody work, it's just plain silly to go anywhere else! I am 100% pleased and happy I made the decision to use them to repair our vehicles.
