Very courteous every time I spoke to them. I knew at which point of repair they were with my vehicle. Being able to leave rental car at the shop really facilitated the entire process. Car was so clean inside and out at pick up. Thank you.

The repair took too long. I drove past the dealership several times to see my vehicle parked in the original space outside and not being worked on. When I finally received my vehicle back the inside of the windshield was so smeared, I don’t know what they were doing but they didn’t clean it

I wish I could give a 10 star rating considering I trusted my car repairs with Thorton. But i can only give a 4. I picked my car up the 3rd of January and drove it home. As I was driving home I felt like my car felt weird, but i took in consideration It only felt weird driving because I haven’t drove it for a month. I let it sit until Monday the following week and drove it up the road and learned that my undercarriage was never properly secured. Not only was it not properly secured, the weird feeling i felt while driving was in fact my undercarriage dragging under my vehicle. Not only did it drag under my vehicle, but due to my undercarriage not being properly secured, it’s now broken.

I was originally quoted it would take a week. It didn't. Then I was quoted I'd hopefully get it back by Christmas. I didn't. Then I got a call at 3:45 on New Year's Eve that it was done. I rushed to make it there before the party I was hosting. On the way home, my low oil pressure light came on (not sure if this was related). Once I finally got to look at the truck, I had asked to get the scratches and dings touched up on the opposite side as well as the one vanity strip on driver's side. We did a walk around talking about it. I was going to pay for that out of pocket. Nothing was touched.
