My car looks great The customer service was excellent The only issue I have is the amount of time my car was in the shop. Even with the revised estimate it took over a month. I was given three different pickup dates which caused me more than a few issues. The good news is that they got me the car when I absolutely needed it and the car was immaculate..

Missy was fabulous going above and beyond the call of duty on our car, especially with the issues with the insurance from the other person. Jackie and everyone else’s just as wonderful. They made me feel very heavy in light of a wild circumstance. We have come to Thru It All for many years, including when my parents were alive. Missy is the best representative of your company you could ever have so I would refer you to anyone and everyone.

Staff at this shop are A+ Sorted out an insurance issue, helped with contacting rental place (when rental agency left me sitting for over an hour). Damage was repaired quicker than expected and vehicle looked awesome (they even included an interior clean!). I’d use this Body Shop again, without hesitation!
