Only complaint I had was it took an extra week for my car to be done but wasn’t told the reason why. And when I asked they showed the bill and it was more than quoted. But didn’t explain what was needed. Additionally

I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle. It looked like a whole new car! It had been washed up and vaccumed. Air pressure fixed in tires and the light turned off. Very grateful as I'm getting older and those things are hard for me. Thank you to your shop for going the extra mile!

My decorative plate was removed from the front of the vehicle and left in my backseat without the screws. I have no way of reattaching the plate myself. Also, my spare tire is just in the back storage area.

My car is pulling HARD to the left, the RPM’s are constantly tacking between 3 & 4, the spare tire was not returned to its original location, my front decorative plate was left in my backseat without any screws.
