Every single person was helpful, pleasant and respectful. The work is beautiful!! My 2021 Venza looks like new. I knew it was going to be washed upon completion but the interior cleaning was a very happy surprise.

My hood vibrates, my check engine light is still on and there is a dent on the passenger side door with peeling paint that was not there when i took my car to be repaired. There are also several small scratches on that side that were not that before. Seems to be pulling to the right slightly.

They are not even offering to get rental car for the fixes that need made and need my car for 3 days. If they needed 3 more days i could have kept the original rental car. Now i eithet pay for it or go without a car not acceptable.

Was happy with paint color matching, but there is some dirt in the paint in a few area. Also was not happy that the inside of my truck had a lot of white dust on back seat and around door area too. Not too clean for having the truck for long than want I was told..

To the mechanic/mechanics that worked on the Forte it looks as good as the day i bought it new at the dealership. They finished it alot sooner than expected im highly pleased and happy with the work Thank you so very much 😁👍 i think they deserve a raise in pay
