Im still waiting for the pictures and video of the work performed. Can I get those emailed to me. I also had my oil changed but the oil life was not zeroed.

Big confusion when I got there for my appointment. Waited in line and then I was told to go to the oil line. The oil line send me back to the service department. And again I keep asking for the pictures and videos from the body shop and there hasn't been any response.
