I honestly have no negative comments to make about the Tim Moran auto group collision center in Hemet. Nick was excellent the whole time through and was super helpful at keeping me updated along the way with my repairs and keeping me informed as to what was going on even when I wasn’t hearing from my insurance provider when the claim was being help up. I would highly recommend anyone to Tim Moran that needed work done on their vehicle, if they were looking to have a claim handled for insurance related purposes, and though I didn’t have to look into a new vehicle I would probably recommend their dealerships for anybody looking to buy a new car moving forward just based on my interactions with the collision center alone. Amazing work!

The customer service received was top notch. I truly didn’t feel like I was forgotten about during the process, and I felt that the my point of contact Nick did an excellent job on keeping me up to date with everything going on and managed to keep things moving even when the insurance provider was having their ‘difficulties’ separate from the situation. Again, top notch customer service.

I have already warned people not to take their vehicles to Tim Moran for repair. I was going to spend $7,500.00 to have my Tahoe repainted. That is definitely NOT going to happen now.

Just took the truck out for a decent drive this morning at a speed higher than 45. The parking break engaged while doing 55 and threw me forward. I asked to have the truck checked on a safety level. You were only concerned about the look of the bumper.
