Repairs to the van were great, however the advisor told me Friday Van would be ready at 4 pm, I explained this putting us in a bind to pick it up so late because we have to drive it to Huntington Beach, I asked if we could pick it up Monday am, he said it will be ready by 1 pm and that you guys did not have space to store it, I rushed over to the shop to pick up my driver, we got there at 3 pm and the Van was not ready, we had to Wait until 4 pm, I don’t think it’s ok to let a customer know the Van is or will be ready when it’s. Not.
