Racist the focus is wrong in the office they should stick to what the purpose of the shop is not what they think of people or try to compare themselves to.

Repair great customer service sadly to say. Whom ever working the front desk. Assumed I couldn’t afford my suv and was very negative toward me and don’t even realize I have my own business but tried to compare us him and the office lady yes man him like he so correct. How funny!

Unfortunately, horrible the man at front desk and the lady in the office were very judgmental and assumed I couldn’t afford my truck by saying it’s people like us that get trucks like this after the owner has bought them new then we get them used with all the problems. Well I got what I like not what the dealership offered could have got a brand new truck but it was the way the truck look that catch my eye vs something else. That’s worse than someone trying to make me like Cadillac trucks when I clearly like GMC Denali had 3 so I know what I like and don’t care about the problems it brings that are not made for you to keep forever to drive them trade them or keep it and get you some else if you want to. My choice.
