The car was done sooner than discussed, so that was amazing. We also came back to a cleaner car. My only concern is why 27 miles was put on my car for paint/body work?

Horrible customer service. Poor communication between me and Tim’s staff on updates with my vehicle. Tim as an owner, on my behalf, it was disappointing choosing your company due to me wanting to shop local being born and raised in Blanchard, LA. Never again will I come or refer anyone to Tim’s. Randy McMillon was the only one who communicated with me and kept me updated about my vehicle, but I had to reach out first. Also, your new location is beautiful, love the building. I guess when you all charge insurances providers 11k for hail damages, you can live like kings.
