My car was at the body shop for 44 days they kept saying they needed to order this part and this part when I picked up my car it was not fixed it was pulling to the left when driving I took it back to the shop and when I called for a update and she told me they test drove it and said it was pulling a little to the left prior to my car wreck it was not pulling so I ask to speak to the manger when I speak to him he is no help but says that the insurance approved the job I asked him to forward the email he said “ I will have to make sure there is nothing on it that you do not need too see” first off it’s about my car what are they trying to hide from me I am very unhappy with my experience.
