This is, unfortunately, the 2nd time my Toyota Venza has been hit/damaged by other drivers. Fortunately, my auto insurance carrier recommended Tipton Ford. Both times the body work done was exemplary. Eddie Gonzalez as well as the other Claim person who work at Tipton Ford were exceptional professionals and courteous! The staff at Tipton Ford at their body shop help make a stressful situation much calmer by the care they show! Both men were Super helpful and attentive! Class 1 operation!! Thank you, Tipton Ford for taking care of my Toyota Venza and bringing it back to its former beauty!

Oh! Very likely! Tipton Ford body shop is First Class body shop. Brownsville is not a large city like Houston, Dallas, or Austin, yet Tipton Ford operates at the level of high standards expected of larger cities. They take great care of their customers and take pride in their service and my vehicle shows that! Very happy I took my car to Tipton Ford and would readily and highly recommend to family and friends.

Eddie was very professional and courteous. However, the company needs to make it a point to check the customer’s mileage at drop off for repairs and relay info. to customer at that same time so there is no question about how much gas was in vehicle when dropped off.
