From the damage that was caused by the accident, I would’ve thought they would replace the left quarter panel, but it was not replaced. I hope there was no Bondo adding the the car. I haven’t been able to totally look over the car but from what I have seen so far it looked ok.

I was overall dissatisfied with part of my experience due to the communication surrounding an issue with the repair process. When I called in, the person answering the phone told me I would need to take the car to a mechanic myself to have the issue addressed. I specifically mentioned that I had never experienced a body shop handling things that way. Later, when I came into the office, Bo explained that his team actually could have taken the vehicle to the mechanic on my behalf and that I simply would have been responsible for the cost, which I would have been completely happy to pay. My frustration is that this option was never communicated to me during the phone call. What bothered me even more was being told afterward that this had been explained to me, because it was not. If that option had been offered from the beginning, I absolutely would have chosen it, and this entire issue could have been avoided
