Great, personable and caring service. Really appreciated the ride to pick up my rental car. My vehicle was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I asked for an additional broken mirror to be added to the work - that I would pay out of pocket. There was some broken plastic I thought was simply cosmetic. They never told me how much it would cost. When I paid my deductible I learned the repair was over $500 because they replaced the entire part. If they had told me in advance it would be so expensive I would not have done it. When I got my truck home I saw there was a dent on the door trim they missed.
