Our estimator and office administrator has over 10 years' experience in customer service and sales. Along with an associate degree in business industry and gold class certifications. Our goal is to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as fast as possible. We work hard to make sure we provide you with the same service we would want in return. Paducah Ford confirmed and let state farm know they did not install a wiring harness, after they stated they ordered it for 30 days. The initial estimate was $4000, before state farm questioned them. The new estimate was $1500. They accepted payment for work and parts they did not order or replace. They used up my entire rental, and now my car has a check engine light that it did not have on before due to them cutting cords. When questioning why after 30 days, there was zero progress, the owner screamed and yelled over me stating its not her problem my rental policy is thirty days. She also avoided State Farms phone calls by local agents, saying her hours were 12-4:30, then changed them the next day to 8-4:30. We will be pursuing legal action and hope no one else has to be put in this situation. After i was displeased, the owner told State Farm, and the new mechanic that i was crazy, whilst committing fraud and driving my un-repaired vehicle illegally to the new mechanic.

Tina and her techs were very professional at taken care of my Tundra. I hit 3 deer and my truck looks amazing.
