Job not complete, truck return on 12-18-23, 6 weeks later still not compete, liftgate /glass warning flashing on dash,license plate bolts stripped, interior door trim still not installed

I felt my tire and wheel were damaged in the accident but the people there did not think so. It is not normal to have to put air in a tire every day. There is something definitely wrong with the tire

Terrible process. Estimate didn’t get sent to my insurance company for 2 weeks until I called and asked about it. Then I waited 3 weeks to even be able to get my car in. Then I had to wait a week for the simple repairs - partially because some parts needed painted and apparently that takes 3 days alone, and of course it couldn’t be done during the 3 weeks while I was waiting to get my car in. Plus the whole heat shield underneath stuff - this whole experience was pretty terrible and left a bad taste in my mouth. Word of mouth spreads quickly. Lord forbid this happens again but if so, I may have to check elsewhere for repairs. And my next vehicle.

I’m reading the estimate after I get home and find out the heat shield underneath my car wasn’t replaced, it was “repaired” - because it’s “more cost effective”. That heat shield was dragging on the ground quite a bit before I taped it up, so idk what shape it is in exactly, but either way if I’m getting things fixed on my car with less than 10K miles on it, I’d much rather that they come out new, not refurbished just to save some money. Besides, it’s not like I got to save any money on my payments while I was waiting to get it in and couldn’t drive it for 2 months without fear of worsening the damage.

Only negative was that the place is big and I didn’t know where to go. Stopped in the office. They pointed me to the service station. They then pointed me to the body shop. Other than that it was smooth, the work was good and the detailing of the inside of my truck was unexpected and great
