Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships is a family owned automotive sales and repair business that has been serving the Allen County area since 1962. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide our technicians a great level of continued education to be able to perform quality repairs to cars that are ever evolving. We have laser measuring frame equipment, down draft baking booths and also offer paintless dent repair on site. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend the shop to someone I don’t like let alone a friend or family member.

Customer service is no longer Tom Ahls strong suit. Angie was rude at the time of drop off. What prompted her attitude was her calling the wrong number to begin with and then she was less then honest when it was pointed out! The fiasco of getting a loaner car at all was not what we were told at the time of sale. A employee of the body shop told us point blank “what goes on in sales and what goes on back here in the shop are two different things”. Overall this experience was horrible. We had planned on returning in the future for our next vehicle purchase and this experience has definitely changed that plan. Three generations of our family have purchased numerous vehicles over the years here and returned because of the service which clearly no longer exists.

Body work was top notch but somehow during repairs they did not connect speaker in driver side door so I had to take vehicle back in for further repair

They did a good job. Had to take it back to get a couple pieces that didn’t come in get hood readjusted and add antifreeze other than that everything was great.

They did a great job on our Van. We bought it from you and we love it. Now we have health issue and it is much easier to get in and out. We had bought an Impala from you but we almost always take the Van. Thank you and blessings to all.
