Told them my car was scratched. Lady in back right office tells me it wasn't done there. I told her I took pics and video when I dropped it off. They buffed it out luckily. Then when I came back to pick it up she tells me with attitude that the body shop guy said there was touch up when you open up the gas tank near where the scratches were. I bought the car used from you and never touched anything up. She just had the attitude that I did it. I told her last time I brought the car in the backed it up and did damage to the back end of my car. She said it had to be the detailers. I told her no....my car was not washed or vacuumed when I picked it up either time. Someone needs to learn better customer service.

The side that was fixed does not match the other side. The fender flare does not match the body panel that was repaired either. I noticed it immediately and so has everyone else. They missed a crease in the body panel. I will have it fixed elsewhere. Good day.
