Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships is a family owned automotive sales and repair business that has been serving the Allen County area since 1962. damage happened when brought in for damage repair from mechanic. have visit for 4/3 back to body shop and called in to tell of damage same day picked up. not fully cleaned per estimate. highly disappointed and this entire ordeal (original repair damage to now) is infuriating.

Headlight has a shadow in it. Passenger front door sticks. I trust them to take care of the problems but was not fixed right the first time

I don’t want to rate lower as my repairs were completed as requested BUT I would rate lower due to the lack of respect for my car interior!! How do you dirty up a client’s car & not clean up the dirty foot prints & mechanic hand prints? And put a car service white paper mat down on the driver’s side & think that’s ok? There were clearly kick prints on the driver door & driver door frame from them getting in and out of the vehicle. My trunk items were carelessly tossed around & my rain jacket clearly was stepped on! I have a full time job & kids to care for & barely any spare time to worry about cleaning up my car after them when I normally keep it OCD clean!

I mentioned that the windshield wiper fluid tank was damaged at the time of the estimate. The estimator told me that they would check everything in the damaged area. The windshield wiper fluid tank was empty when I picked it up after repair. I tried to refill it, but found it had not been replaced. Now I don't have confidence that everything was looked over and repaired.

Appointment was scheduled out for 3 months. Then a week before the appointment I was called and asked to set up an appointment. It was made for another week later.

The overall repair was satisfactory however the tech left 2 ziploc bags in the engine area which melted to the engine and smoked. They assured me it would burn off and the smell will go away but it hasn't yet so it's a little frustrating. The tech should have been more careful and double checked everything before they released it be picked up.
