Shouldn’t have to wait an extra week or have to point out flawed work

Vehicle not done when promised then when told it was ready the work was some of the shittiest I have ever seen. So then it took another week to complete. Then a week after I picked it up it wouldn’t start because your technician wasn’t smart enough to tighten the positive cable
