Refurbished my rim instead of submitting a supplemental to replace it. My rim is scratched up. The insurance company was willing to replace however informed by the service department that it did not need replaced. Also asked on 3 occasions to have my car looked at by the service department regarding a recent oil leak repair as my car was very low on oil. I wanted to make sure this was not a result of the accident. This was never done

Outstanding job by the Tom Ahl team yet again. The entire process was worrying free. Rental team helped get me in a replacement for the repairs. That too was a hassle free experience. I was expecting a week atleast. I dropped the car off parts ordered the next day repairs done 2 days later. You leave feeling like your dropping off a problem knowing these guys are gonna get it done. Thank you so much for all your hard work and consideration you put into the jobs you do.
