Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships is a family owned automotive sales and repair business that has been serving the Allen County area since 1962. The inside was full of sand dust from when it was painted and my check engine light has been on since I’ve picked it up! Overall it was a good job but not a 10! Martrice

We have had really good experiences with Tom Ahl's car places. We have bought two cars now from Ahl Under 10 and are looking forward to the day that we can finally buy a new one from the bigger lots as well! I honestly would drive from up to 6 hours away to purchase a car from Tom Ahl if we ever moved. Our experiences have been great and we trust the company to take good care of us and our cars and have had nothing but transparency and honesty with everyone we have met and worked with at the dealerships and service areas. I would (and do) recommend Tom Ahl's to anyone in the area who asks me about purchasing a car used or new!

I think you guys also washed my car (it was a lot dirtier when I left it) which was amazing! I could see my reflection in the bumper which I couldn't even do when we bought the car, so nice work on the paint job! Haven't had any issues with the car since getting it back and it's nice to know it was so well cared for.

The people in the office were really nice and helpful! I appreciated them answering my questions and walking me through the process of swapping out our car for a rental on site. There was also a really nice guy who offered to help me move my stuff from the rental to my own vehicle as it started to pour on the day I returned the rental. It was nice knowing that the people at the dealership care about the customers pretty much in every way! The one issue we had was we were told our rental car would be fine at the dealership and that it would be returned to Hertz by Tom Ahl's or that they would make the connection with the rental company. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication because the rental car company had to contact myself and my husband and ask where the rental car was. We got it sorted out, but I was a little disappointed on having to spend time calling and trying to figure out what was wrong and if we were going to be charged. Things happen and it doesn't make me not want to use the dealership's services again, it was just a concerning situation.

Very happy with the work they did. The person who cleaned car after did an excellent job. My car was really dirty and they cleaned up stuff that wasn’t the body shops responsibility.
