Vehicle was not cleaned after repairs, when I opened tailgate at my home the area between tailgate and body had not been painted or was covered in body work dust. Had to add them to realign tonneau cover. It appeared that there was any quality control. I've had other work done then and never experienced lack of quality control. I had no issues with the estimate but did expect better results.

Got truck back. Got home noticed the paint job overspray all over windshield, hood and roof of truck. I had to take it back to be fix. Besides that, Beau Bowdle was fantastic!! He deserves a raise or employee month something!!! He stayed over himself to fix the problem!!! He was great with me customer service wise!!! He’s a keeper!! Like I said something special should be done for him. He should be recognized for his excellent customer service skills!! Made me feel good with the bad situation!!!
