Everyone was very nice and accommodating (although no one was wearing a mask). There was a problem with a sensor on my door after it was initially repaired but they fixed it immediately and quickly.

I give them credit for admitting they failed to see a leak, and was sure to take care of it before they turned it over to me.

The paint did not match up perfectly, but that can be hard to do considering the age of the vehicle.

I was called to let me know repairs were done on Tuesday. I was unable to pick it up until the next Friday because of my work schedule. When I got there, they told me they had to put it back in the shop because I there was a puddle discovered from leakage underneath.

It was very good it look like my car again. Only thing I did not like was the way I kept getting email from tom ahl they give you a up date. Made me believe that insurance paid all the bill and than after they finish I had to go out a d borrow money to pay for it.
