I have PARAPALLEGIC hubby, n his handicap van isn't working very good, so my PALISADE was in repair shop around 3 weeks...i realize you needed to get equipment replaced on your end, n needed extra work for my vehicle, but being little older with my vehicle in shop, made it very hard for me to get to Drs appmts....having said all.of this, my vehicle has been repaired very well n it was nice n clean when I got it...good job on the work everyone!!!! Thankyou

Our repairs took much longer than promised. I was told by an employee that our vehicle would be ready in two days when it was still 3 weeks out. One other time I was told someone would call me back and no one did.

I Always get good service there pleasant and fast even though they told me my car be ready in two days and they found some additional stuff that needed to be repaired and let me know about it. I’m very pleased with my service from Tom Ahl and I just love everybody there.
