I have never experienced the level of care, professionalism, helpfulness and all around amazingness as I did with Whitney at Tom Bush Collision. Whitney went above and beyond for me during a very difficult time for us. She is incredible! Thank you Whitney for everything! Monica Skeisvoll

It took three months to get an appointment. Then it took three weeks to do the work during which time I was without transportation. None of these lengths of time were explained. There was little to no communication. When I finally got my car back, the interior was dirty including greasy handprints on the fabric interior in places. Poor service from a supposed BMW Factory Certified shop. First and last experience with the Tom Bush name. Overall I was treated more like a nuisance than a customer.

I would have given 10/10 is I didn’t have to request an explanation/inspection of the repair. Once received, said explanation was done in the absence of the tech who performed the work. Also, the take off parts were never offered to me. They still technically belonged to me. Overall, I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a customer.
