I would recommend the Body Shop, but not the Service Dept!

The Body Shop was great. They replaced my tailgate and then sent it to the Service Deptfor warranty work. That's where the service is lacking! They've had my truck over two weeks, and no one has returned my call!. Went to the dealership on Monday the 11/01. My service writer Cole was busy and I was told he would call with an update. Still waiting! Not good!
