Everything was great with the exception of the car detailing. The detailing itself was also great; but unfortunately I had my third row and back cargo area filled with work signs as well as donation bags/boxes and several other items that needed to be unloaded. I just didn’t have time before bringing the vehicle in. I turned the back door lock on so that it could not be opened; but someone went ahead and turned it on. When they opened the back up; a bunch of stuff fell out including the signs and some wooden shutters. The signs got bent up and one of the shutters broke. In addition; whoever opened the back, just had hazardly tossed all the stuff back in to my car, so the sign stairs were all over. Not only did they not check the back before opening; apparently they didn’t even look; because you could have easily seen both from inside and outside the vehicle that the back was full.

Y’all left the cover open on my truck and it rained on all of my tools and ruined them all. They rusted all out and everything in the back of my truck was destroyed. I spent 1500 on a cover for a reason and it should have never been left open when it was left in your hands
