We understand accidents happen but it was disappointing to discover our car had been hit before picking it up and we had to leave it for another repair. The work on the part we had fixed looked great but it took much longer than we expected. If we knew it was going to take as long as it did, our expectations would have been prepared.

I was recommended by the Audi dealership however the outcome took too long and they put the incorrect piece on the front of the car. I am not satisfied overall with the repair.

Only advice I have is to be more clear in communication about the status of the vehicle. I did have to call myself to find out if my vehicle was ready or not.

I saw that the grill scratches were not addressed, the left light cover was still discolored, and the space between the hood and the bumper was not repaired. Hopefully these can be taken care of soon...thank you in advance for your cooperation.

What was told one day for an estimate it took eight, periodic updates I was told would be daily. They were not. I pay for the job to be completed based on the estimate and the job was not done. I had to drive all the way to Toyota and pay for the job and find out the job was not done. I received the credit for the part of the job that was not done, then the next day I got a bill for the same amount I have never seen a place with a lack of communication and professionalism.
