Your crew...everyone of them were FANTASTIC. The Insurance put many blocks on the repair which could had caused all involved to become adjatated many times over. Seth put up with the situation the most but the crew kept the repair from turning into a nasty situation for all concerned. When you know the customer name by heart you know the repair is troublesome. Again, Thank the crew for the their patience and support. Rob .

It took almost 4 weeks for a very minor repair. Could never get a straight answer and very poor communication. Yes insurance was involved which of course may add a bit of time but the lack of communication exacerbated the problem and then to top off with just plain rude interactions made the entire experience horrible.
