The work performed was excellent. The process to get the work completed and my vehicle returned was. Horrible. My insurance company, AAA was significantly responsible for my dissatisfaction. Platinum works. Did not communicate with me about the delays unless I contacted them for an update.

I had to periodically contact them to find out the status. I was promised my vehicle on numerous occasions, and was not captain informed of the delays unless I contacted them myself.

The car is back to the way it looked prior to the accident i.e. perfect. Communication is important to me and Todd responded to my questions in a timely manner. Your staff, especially Jacob, were very helpful and sympathetic when it was taking forever to be get body damage repaired. In face, I took vehicle home until the part comes in because the repairs out lasted the rental allotment from Progressive. I simply couldn’t afford another week. I was satisfied with the humans involved, very much. However, I do feel your whole system, especially gauging times of repair, needs help. Just got vehicle back, for the short ride all seemed ok. Please thank the Toyota of Melbourne (fl) crew for their kindness and help. Please let corporate know a few weeks past original finish date May be okay for a few, but caused a loyal client, such as myself, very much hardship. Thank you for listening. Did not get the grill I requested nor did I get the grill emblem or the rear emblem. The quality of work was excellent but did not get what I requested.. I ordered the emblems and expect them Sept.25th. Maybe you can install them for me?

After 5 weeks the car was not repaired and actually was damaged when I received it. I got the car back unrepaired and in worse condition than the way it was when I dropped it off there

Invoice was a bit confusing and electrically car was dead when I went to pick it up. Not sure if electrical issue is related to repair given some electrical lights were in the bumper replacement
