They fix my car like new but communication was horrible. I had to call the dealership for updates about my car 2 to 3 times a week and I was getting messages from the insurance fixing my car that they haven’t heard anything from platinumwerks. 10/10 repair, 2/10 communication.

You did beautiful body work. However, about a mile after I left your facility, I had a warning light forPSM come up on the dashboard. I took the card to Porsche and even met with one of your managers who happen to be there, and Porsche supposedly fixed it, but they did not. I am bringing the car back to you on Wednesday and I hope we get it straightened out. There are three issues: 1. The. PSM warning light does not go away. This disengages, the brake hold function, as well which I use. 2. The steering wheel is over about 15° to one side. 3. Porsche said they will not repair the car without by paying for it and having just spent $25,000 on repairs with you, I would hope that you will get this fixed for me. I am bringing the car in Wednesday. I would have liked everything to have been in order at this price, but it was not.
