The same day I picked up the car I started getting dashboard warnings that the distance monitor was not working, it’s happened a couple more times while driving and it’s scary knowing that a key alert system in my car is not working properly after getting repaired. I plan on calling the shop to see what they plan on doing to fix it.

The person that first helped me when I called repair shop that Audi referred me to was nice, name is Zoila. On the other hand, the repair coordinator Seth, his follow-up, cust service and lack of urgency to get repairs completed were not the best. This was quite surprising, especially since the only reason I took my car there for repairs was because Audi recommended them. I had to call Seth’s manager because he was not calling me back after requesting an update. Crazy that took 1 month for a bumper repair.
