Unfortunately, I did not receive calls for updates on my car repairs. Every time I wanted an update, or wanted to find out when my car would be complete, I had to call Toyota myself

If I could rate higher than 10, I would. Jamie and the others were outstanding! They went way above and beyond to help me through a process that I was unprepared for. Jamie helped me with the car rental and the other lady ran for my car when I came back because I needed to retrieve something from it. They were awesome! I can't say it enough.

Quality is most important, and I was pleased with the work. I would warn someone I referred that feedback and timeliness are not your strong points. But that may be a sign of earned popularity and a busy shop.
