Worst experience of my life, every time someone asks me about you I will try to alert that so that we do what I have with you... you almost declare my car total loss and not only will I have to run the expenses personally that you also stole more than 3000 dollars from me. But life is Karma and if it depends on me I will always try to prevent others from going through my experience. Not in vain the Mercedes dealer does not recommend you and prefers to rely on other more honest workshops.

I was so happy the my insurance allowed me to choose the repair shop.Dan and his staff have excellent customer service (people skills) which is imperative when handling accident victims. The staff understanding the situation coupled with the sense of humor was demonstrated by the entire staff with all customers. I left with a positive attitude about a unfavorable sutuation. Forgot to fix the reflector and add the clear protective sticker. I caught it and the administration said they would fix it no questions asked. It would be best to have a final overlooking of the car prior to me coming to pick it up. The staff were friendly and had great communication. I may go a different route in the future due the out of pocket costs for using Toyota parts.

My driver door bottom plate has numerous scratches and scuff marks.. I did not see this till today as I was looking at the repairs. I have pics!!! I want this fixed.
