I am happy with my salesperson and the sales department but not happy at all with the body shop. We brought it there since our vehicle is leased and we thought having repaired at the dealer would be better. Hopefully I never need to have any repairs done but if I do i will be using another body shop

From the time I dropped our car off I never received any phone calls to update me on the progress of my car. If it wasn't for us calling to find out the status my car might not have been ready for over a week to get the rear bumper repaired

Took the car for service and requested head lights to be polished. Not only they scratched the plastic they splattered yellow spots all over the car.

When I pointed out the poor job in the headlights the initial reply from the service manager was horrible cutting me off and saying that I was eight steps ahead. This was after he declined responsibility that they had left yellow substance inside the light covers.

I called on Thursday to see if my car was ready. The woman I spoke to was very nice. She said it was in paint and that I'd get a call once it was done and payment had been approved from State Farm for me to get my car. I never got a call and went the weekend without my car. I called
