I would never recommend Toyota of Melbourne to a friend or colleague. I would travel to another Toyota dealership before I would ever go to Toyota of Melbourne again.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at Toyota of Melbourne. The lack of communication about my car was unbelievable. I was told on two different occasions that I would receive a call back from a representative with an update on my car which never occurred. I would never recommend Toyota of Melbourne services to anyone.
