The service representative and contact personnel were outstanding. informative and helpful. The service was based on a recall from Toyota due to paint peeling on Tacoma super white color. however, the pick up of the vehicle started off, Rocky… when the vehicle was dropped off there was no issue with the battery, the truck had to be jumped, and we were informed not to shut it off, also there was a warning light on the dash for the PCS control . Which we had no problems with prior to dropping it off. On further inspection. We noted that the sensor in the front of the truck was not even plugged in. Which affected the safety of the PCS and the lane change. Upon opening the hood, we noticed the white overspray all over the engine compartment. Upon further inspection, there’s overspray on the weatherstripping for the doors that were repainted. Also, the sensor for the handle on the driver side door is not operational as it was working when we dropped it off. These are issues we did not have… And don’t feel that the simple things were taken care of properly, and overlooked The truck was there for over two weeks. thankful for the paint being taken care of however, these other issues are new and as a result of the service.

Aaron and Scott were so wonderful to work with (as was everyone else, these were just the two I had the most contact with). They helped me navigate through Deal dealing with insurance and getting an estimate set up. They communicated every step of the way and went above and beyond. I hope we never need to use your services again in the future but if we do, we will gladly bring our vehicles to your shop.
